According to a report released by New Zealand estate agents, Harcourts, property prices in Auckland have gone against the national trend by showing an annual capital growth of £23,000.
The company’s research also revealed that sales had risen by 44% between last April and last month; while the Christchurch and Auckland regions showed the most positive signs of activity.
